KSeF: the smallest businesses join on 1 January 2027

Since 1 April 2026, KSeF - Poland’s National e-Invoicing System (Krajowy System e-Faktur) - has been mandatory for all businesses and invoice issuers, except the smallest firms whose total sales documented by invoices do not exceed PLN 10,000 a month.

Those businesses will join KSeF on 1 January 2027. If you run a small business and still issue invoices outside the system, now is a good time to prepare - ask us about the details next time you’re in touch.

JPK on demand

To make dealing with the tax authorities smoother and to help clients share their company data, we oversee the submission of JPK files when the authorities request them.

JPK (Jednolity Plik Kontrolny) is the Polish Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T): a set of data generated directly from a company’s accounting system, containing information about its business transactions for a given period.
