Let’s work together
Most of our clients come to us with a business that is already up and running. We take over your accounting and carry it on - and if you’re only just starting out, we’ll help you register your business in Poland.

Registration in Poland and a business bank account.
How we take over your accounting
Switching accountants doesn’t mean a gap in your filings. We agree a handover date so that no month slips through the cracks.
First conversation
We get to know your business, your tax set-up and how many documents and employees you have.
Questionnaire and quote
You fill in a short questionnaire for your type of business, and we prepare a quote that matches the work involved.
Agreement
We sign an agreement and decide from which month we take over the books and how you’ll send us your documents.
Handover
We collect the records from your previous accountant and carry on with your tax office and ZUS filings.
Paperwork for switching
You don’t have to fill these in yourself - we’ll prepare them with you once the contract is signed. The links lead to the official forms, so they are always up to date.
Powers of attorney
- UPL-1authorises us to sign and file tax returns and JPK filespodatki.gov.pl

What your previous accountant hands over
- the books (revenue and expense ledger or full accounts) and VAT records for the current year
- JPK_V7 files and tax returns with their UPO receipts for recent periods
- the fixed assets and equipment register with the depreciation schedule
- last year’s annual returns and, for companies, the financial statements
- ZUS declarations and the current ZUS balance
- payroll and HR records: personnel files, payrolls, pay records, PPK
- information about arrears, overpayments and ongoing cases with the authorities
- a handover report listing the documents passed on
We can collect the documents from your previous accountant ourselves - just let them know.
Choose your questionnaire
Each questionnaire is in English and takes you through the key questions one step at a time, so we can prepare a quote before we meet. Polish terms are explained along the way.
